Woodland Contractors, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Bill Smeltzer after having gained experience in cabinet making, custom home construction, and in the structural steel industry.
Since that time, Bill’s children, Billy Smeltzer and Carrie Boyer, have joined the team of construction professionals overseeing each project. Today, with its diverse background, Woodland Contractors, Inc. has earned a reputation for structural integrity and fine-finish quality.
All our projects include an established team of experienced, knowledgeable professionals dedicated to providing assistance and guidance in the construction industry. To assure personalized service to our clients, we work closely with the Project Superintendent assigned to each project to make sure that each individual client's needs are met. All our supervisors have established careers in a wide range of construction projects and are assisted by the full complement and resources of our entire staff.
